Our Concierge Service, which is a monthly subscription-based service, is intended for homeowners who may not be aware of the kind of home care duties required to keep their properties effectively or who just lack the time or motivation to do so. We'll take care of everything for you when we get there.
Empty Home Check is our newest service that "absentee owners" are very interested in. A weekly or bimonthly visit to your house to check on all potential issues, collect the mail, and give you a note to indicate the visit was successful. Something to give your insurance provider in case of the unexpected—which is always unexpected!
Did you know that if your house is unoccupied for more than three weeks, the majority of home insurance policies become void? Check it out because each firm has a unique policy.
